This happened to me in California. I arrived at my poll ready to vote and when i went to collect my ballot they said they had mailed it to me already. The Poll Workers said i can go through a process where i fill in a form and get a ballot there. They made the process really inconvenient to people who wanted to vote in person. I frantically drive hope and dig up all my mail to find my ballot fill it out sign the envelope and dropped it off at my polling place.
