Yes, I heard mocking laughter as well.

The common rationale by fraudsters is that Biden encouraged mail in voting while Trump promoted in person voting.

Still, it doesn't explain the discrepancy between mailed ballots and received ballots. And if and when the votes get audited, they will find a majority of the mailed in ballots are duplicates, triplicates, ad infinitum
