I suggest you read the transcript. He wasn't taking about requested ballots.

This should help clear things up, potentially. If the number of absentee ballots cast truly is 2.5mm then according to this data from TargetSmart, there is still a ~120k discrepancy between absentee ballots requested vs absentee ballots counted.

It would be less from what I understand—>The 1.8m requested figure that Rudy noted would, according to that targetsmart data be 2.38m instead. So though not a 700k vote unexplained difference (2.5m - 1.8m), 120k is still significant and greater than the margin of fake victory

I suggest you look at the exact number Rudy stated in the transcript and compare it to the number of ballots from the primaries, data for which can be found here:

https://data.pa.gov/Government-Efficiency-Citizen-Engagement/2020-Primary-Election-Mail-Ballot-Requests-Departm/853w-ecfz

Rudy got it wrong.

I think mods are on it, and I am pretty sure they have a line to Trump's campaign

https://thedonald.win/p/11QS32RxxL/x/c/4DpKmFB8inQ

and if this can be partially blamed on their own website, maybe it won't splash back too hard on our case.

Listening to the video, Rudy did merely ask what's that about and didn't seem to push it too hard.

It's so funny you fucking fools down vote shit that is true and you just don't want to hear it!!! And you insult the left for that!!!!!..... I want Trump to win probably more than ANY of you fucking idiots that probably don't even know why you like him and couldn't name policies he's put forward to save your lives.... I know all of them because I am a job creator and it matters to me!!!.... Trying to silence someone who is just trying to get to the bottom of the TRUTH is something the fucking hypocrite liberals do!!! Don't be bitches!!! There's ways he can still win this but holding down the truth only hinders those chances!!!!.... Don't be like the left!! Don't silence people WHO ARE RIGHT!!!!

You first ling is run by a shill hack academic who is still a part time adjunct professor after a decade of appearing on tv etc. He is used, as per his bio, by Washington Compost, The American Prospect (a full on comintern project) and Politco. Not trust worthy/

Second link says 1.8 million Democrats requested, the rest Republican. I think RUdy is saying more than that number of mail ins were given to Biden.

3
sunnyingreenfield 3 points ago +3 / -0

IIRC, those higher numbers were mentioned earlier during testimony. There were a lot of gasps then, too

I think you should send your info to Rudy. There's a lot of mixing and matching of the facts right now. It will all need to be sorted by the time Justice Thomas gets to cast a smiling eye over it.

2
Filial_Piety_is_key 2 points ago +2 / -0

dunno if this helps

https://youtu.be/DSDZkXxFVEU?t=2695

"sent out 1823148 absentee or mail-in ballots. You received back 1.4 (mill) approximately. However in the count for president, you counted 2.5 million.

I don't know what accounts for that 700,000 difference between the number of ballots you sent out and the number of ballots that ended up in the count.

That number 2589242 was on your government website until yesterday."

EDIT: also,

https://youtu.be/DSDZkXxFVEU?t=9636

"And then you have this gap that I don't understand between the mail-in ballots you sent out, 1.8 million, and the number you counted, 2.5 million."

any word on the 1.4 million? bc it seems to the me the receiving back data is the key here.

2
Pleasebeunique 2 points ago +2 / -0

According to an AP article in October, weeks before the election, 2.6M ballots were requested, and all but 70,000 had been mailed out.

https://apnews.com/article/election-2020-joe-biden-donald-trump-pennsylvania-ecc866c37c2aaa0dfda05bceb2fba83d

Also maybe it was at a different time than when I was listening, but I heard a senator ask about the 700k vote delta being included in other lawsuits and the response was they weren’t going into those details at this time. I didn’t hear Rudy and team actually bring it up or talk about it in detail, just confirming multiple lawsuits in multiple states.

2
Turtleavacado 2 points ago +2 / -0

Trying to verify this claim.

This says that https://www.pennlive.com/elections/2020/11/more-than-24-million-mail-in-ballots-have-been-returned-in-pa.html

2.4 million were returned in PA. 2.5 million were counted is rudy's claim

So those numbers are close

Where do we find how many ballots were officially requested and sent?

5
deleted 5 points ago +6 / -1
3
Worldtraveler0405 3 points ago +4 / -1

He didn't. If he has proof, why did the PA Website delete the page the other say as he said during the testimoney?

3
Turtleavacado 3 points ago +3 / -0

Regardless that doesn't mean the whole argument is bunk as long as we can get our hands on the actual number of ballots that were sent out.

For example I read another source that stated 2.8 were requested. But how many were actually sent?

3
ThePantsParty 3 points ago +4 / -1

I mean, sure, but now we're just grasping at straws after the fact.

Obviously if Rudy hadn't said this based on his fuck up of using the primary numbers we wouldn't be having a conversation about 2.8 million ballots being requested and 2.5m being submitted as somehow being "suspicious".

This is just trying to save him post hoc...those numbers obviously don't raise alarm at all. (And seriously, to whatever extent they added ballots, they would have added them to the requested total too...nothing is this easy.) Rudy just fucked up yet again. He needs to stop leading the charge here.

Thank you pede.

You're doing the lord's work, even if it pisses people off.

And even if you're not entirely correct, keeping your skepticism on point is critical, for exactly the reasons you laid out.

Healthy debate, we'll figure it out.
