"A company in Frankfurt" is a statement for normies. Since Germany is still occupied by the US (WWII never ended, the Reich never surrendered only the military did - LEARN YOUR HISTORY), US forces pretty much can do whatever they want there, under pro-forma "permissions" in order to "preserve jurisdiction". There is a reason for this place of location. In addition, it is obviously located right next to the world's largest internet exchange point (DE-CIX).
