No, he meant 17. Its a reference to something else.

LowbloodHighEnergyRI 103 points ago +103 / -0

Finally the man can breath a sigh of relief. What a travesty that "case" was, first they set him up(declassified hand written notes proved their corrupt intent), then used the full weight of the federal government to bankrupt him. Then they went after his son before the good general finally said uncle. What a national disgrace..

Strike_Eagle784 52 points ago +52 / -0

It was nice that it's right before Thanksgiving, too. He deserves a good turkey day!

59
LowbloodHighEnergyRI 59 points ago +59 / -0

And lefties are up in arms about it. God, I hate the fact that I hate so many of my fellow countrymen but they leave me no choice. The Pravda loving totalitarians on the left disgust me.

24
Strike_Eagle784 24 points ago +24 / -0

I'm sorry it's not entirely related to your comment, but your reference to Pravda makes me happy. Since Faux News has cucked, the mainstream media in our country has become Pravda.

Also, remember this quote. "Forgive them lord, for they know not what they do".

3
overtotheright 3 points ago +3 / -0

That’s the beauty of doing it today. This news will absolutely ruin Thanksgiving for a lot of the most brainwashed slaves.

33
CuomoisaMassMurderer 33 points ago +33 / -0

Horrible that it came to needing to pardon him though. Would be so much better to be vindicated in Court.

9
Wexit-Delecto 9 points ago +9 / -0

I think he was vindicated in court.

Trying to think of another time that the DOJ dropped charges and a superior court told a judge to drop a case, and the judge instead takes a few months to ponder whether he should entertain a bevy of amicus briefs from unrelated third parties.

7
HillarysDoubleChin 7 points ago +7 / -0

The prosecution DROPPED the case, and yet the Judge refused to let the case go. It was ridiculous. About time

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup. This is about timing, we're all thinking. Something's up.

7
WhyWhyWhyWhyWhy 7 points ago +7 / -0

It’s a good question. No, he wasn’t convicted - in fact, the charges were dropped! And since accepting a pardon includes admission of guilt, not sure how this will play out.

7
overtotheright 7 points ago +7 / -0

Not a lawyer but I don’t think you’re right there, the last part anyway. A pardon isn’t an admission of guilt. It’s a way for the President to officially confirm that the charges against you held no water, as in ‘no crime was committed here by this person’.

5
bluebahloo 5 points ago +5 / -0

No. The president can pardon anyone even before any legal proceedings begin. Conviction is not required. See Nixon being pardoned by Ford for Watergate.

4
540k-Again 4 points ago +4 / -0

Redpill: You are correct. Technically, there can be past stuff which is unknown, that the pardon is good for.

Past Fake-Deepstate Coup POTUS like G. Ford did this, and others too, but it's not Constitutional.

POTUS has the power to stop all DOJ stuff of ongoing charges, but in Flynns case it's the illegal actions by the judge which was preventing things from being finished.

The correct final Constitutional action would be for congress to impeach the judge, and have judge removed; for violating the US Constitution, in this matter.

Also, cleaning up the USCode so unconstitutional nonsense, like "perjury" can no longer be "used" by the non-Judicial Branches of government.

nointernetforyou 9 points ago +9 / -0

Can you help a pede out with what happened with the case? I don't know much about this and I feel if I search it will be biased garbage. I trust more what I read here than anywhere else.

4
overtotheright 4 points ago +4 / -0

Total con job.

Gen. Flynn is the reason the Logan Act got memed so hard. But he wasn’t charged with offenses related to that Act: instead the Feds arrested him and interrogated him about potential breaches of the Logan Act. He did nothing wrong so Flynn didn’t take that interrogation seriously. And the Feds caught him up in a lie. And that’s what he got charged with, lying to a Fed and interfering with their investigation.

Even though the Feds know that that investigation was spurious and unconstitutional because he literally broke no laws so they had absolutely no reason to interrogate him.

Thanks for taking the time. I couldn't seem to find this anywhere. I even looked on OANN and the article didn't seem to paint the picture properly, either. Article was written like CNN lite.

Doesn't it suck that you initially have the urge to Google something to learn but then obviously realize it will be leftist biased opinion pieces disguised as articles?

2
nedkelly 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yep, any topic I search for I'm bombarded with leftist gaslighting, its a nightmare and continues to radicalize myself and others everyday against the left wing establishment cucks.

He tweeted Jeremiah 1:19 - "They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will rescue you," declares the LORD."

We need to get Gen. Flynn his own Helicopter for personal use.

36
Strike_Eagle784 36 points ago +36 / -0

I'd chip in to get him a Chinook. Those choppers can fit a lot of Commies, and fly back fast enough to get more!

General Flynn gets TWO helicopters.

I’m confused I thought Flynn was pardoned months ago... fill me in someone?!

59
magamillennial 59 points ago +59 / -0

Months ago, AG Barr dropped the charges against Flynn.

Then Judge Sullivan said the case can't be dropped technically, without leave of the court. This is what all the BS has been about since then.

If there is no plaintiff, then there is no case. Whole thing should have been thrown out, but instead Scumbag Obama judge kept running the clock.

Losers.

I hope Flynn gets back into the Trump admin in 2021 and rips these deep state traitor fucks a new one.

There will always be a Trump admin. The same way there was always an Obama shadow admin. You can't stop this with mere election fraud.

16
Strike_Eagle784 16 points ago +16 / -0

I believe that was an announcement that the President was looking into pardoning him. I believe that it's official today. I say "I believe", because I'm not entirely sure if I'm right on this comment or not. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong lol.

8
MN_Centipede 8 points ago +8 / -0

Damn, why did they wait so long, when evidence was so clear it was a political hit job.

15
pmurTJdlanoD 15 points ago +15 / -0

Pre election optics. POTUS starting second term, gloves are sliding off.

8
TwoStar 8 points ago +8 / -0

There was every likelihood that he would be vindicated in court, which was a better outcome for him. POTUS held off for that reason, I'm certain.

7
Strike_Eagle784 7 points ago +7 / -0

Blame the system, things move as molasses. It's probably for the best that it moves slow, tbh.

5

I remember that also. Much salt

12
AmIBeingObtuse 12 points ago +12 / -0

You're probably thinking of Roger Stone, he was pardoned back in July. In any sane world there would have been no need to pardon Flynn because the DOJ dropped all charges, but we're not living in a sane world.

10
MakeSpaceGreatAgain 10 points ago +10 / -0

I believe Stone was granted clemency, not a full pardon.

12
NinjaPede 12 points ago +12 / -0

He was pardoned today, not months ago.
