Then Judge Sullivan said the case can't be dropped technically, without leave of the court. This is what all the BS has been about since then. If there is no plaintiff, then there is no case. Months ago, AG Barr dropped the charges against Flynn.
Then Judge Sullivan said the case can't be dropped technically, without leave of the court. This is what all the BS has been about since then.
If there is no plaintiff, then there is no case. Whole thing should have been thrown out, but instead Scumbag Obama judge kept running the clock.
