Trump’s law suits are getting thrown out of court

Now riddle me this. To which body may President Trump appeal these dismissals?

Follow up riddle: who do you think would win on such appeal, considering the radical left was unable to convince ACB to recuse herself on election matters?

Even though I disagree with Kavanaugh, ACB, Roberts, etc. they have shown themselves to be fully capable of doing what judges are supposed to do: set their personal political opinions aside and let the facts of the case speak for themselves.

IM (semi-lay) O, the case in PA is open and shut, in favour of Trump.

There was legislation on the books prohibiting ballots from being counted after 8 PM on election day.

The activist PA SC determined this law was invalid for reasons that were, themselves, legally invalid. The PA SC looked right past an anti-activist-judge clause in the legislation, which provided legal remedy in case the law was struck down, and substituted their remedy for the one in the legislation. At this point, why even have legislators?

All ballots after 8 PM will be thrown out. It's mechanically deterministic, since its going before a 6/3 originalist SC.
