Apparently Rudy messed up, the 1.8 million request figure is from the primaries not the general election
And I believe the 2.4 million received figure is from the general election. So he mixed and match the statistics which unfortunately makes us look pretty stupid

Someone in another thread was saying the requests for general was around 3 million
