Nah PA has already ruled that mandates that dictate how a federal election are run that circumvent the legislators are not valid. This was set in precident in one of their earlier cases.

So, where does it say he can mandate this? (I know he can't in the same way Whitmer can't) And when does he stand trial for subverting the citizens or PA?

Him saying "you have ya voice, go vote" and then mandating Dominion machines is the same as THIS.
