I am happy Flynn has been pardoned and is free to take the helms, but would have been sweeter if they managed to defeat the Judge directly. I know that will happen - most probably he will go away for corruption, and I think Trump needed to pick his battles carefully in this time. Be prepared for smearing by the left about this in all ways.

It's awesome that Flynn has been pardoned, but:

1. It would have been better for the country and the parties concerned if the case had been dismissed.
2. If you look at all the filings Ms. Powell made in the Flynn case, and factor in the amount of reading, processing and investigation time, it is pretty much impossible that Ms. Powell could have been working on anyrhi g else.

I would buy the idea that Gen. Flynn has been pardoned in order to free up Ms. Powell's time to focus on the election litigation.

I mean why not at this point the election is over
