I assume Powell will file with the Georgia Supreme Court, probably using the e-filing system.

"E-filings received by 11:59 p.m. will be considered filed that day." see https://www.gasupreme.us/sced/

So, still more than 6 hours left on the clock.

Good catch still wish this was out today. But maybe it's a good thing it's not. We already had great news today for the good guys.

You don't file with the Supreme Court of the State as the first step.

I sure hope so, has anyone checked on her safety today? I don't trust anything these people do!

She said she's filing in Federal Court.

I'm not sure what standing she has, though.

Not Federal Court. It's 24 hours.

And she said she thinks she'll file on Wednesday. She can file on Friday, too.

Sekulow said he'd file on Monday or Tuesday and that never happened.

You must have a Georgia Bar membership number.

Wonder if she has membership? Maybe Lin Wood will file.
