Some members of the PA state legislature are saying that the decision to use Dominion machines came from Gov. Wolf, not them
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution explicitly states that the state legislature is the only body authorized to make decisions on how the Electors are appointed
therefore, any election rules that do not originate from the legislature are null once a court gets their hands on them. This could include invalidating the election in part or in whole and leaving the decision of which Electors to appoint to the legislature directly
the legislature in PA is controlled by Republicans
