I turned those retarded notifications off a while ago and my life has been so much better.
You can turn them off?
Yes, you can filter the element with ublock origin. Just click on the ublock button in your browser, then click on the dropper tool, (Looks like this https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/886325/95906120-fd8d8600-0d99-11eb-9a91-84585e4c5739.png) then target the stupid notification. It will add a filter to block it on all of Twitter.
