He's innocent.
Judge Emmet Sullivan should have been fired or jailed. He should still probably be jailed, but tomorrow's another day. The wheels of justice can move slow.

Absolutely agree. Flynn was never convicted. And Sullivan has been playing politics.
Sullivan needs to be tarred and feathered.
You're absolutely right, but this move frees up Sidney Powell and the rest of the team to fight the election fraud battle, and frees up GEN Flynn to get back to work.
Sullivan should be hanged for treason.
