I've heard many people claim it to have no bias but I started to hear about a liberal bias and I can understand if this is the case because anyone can put something up but it depends on wether it stays. Is it legit?

Wikipedia is great for non political info. But avoid it when it comes to politics

Agreed. Anything even mildly controversial is infected with leftism.

US politics and "race/ political correctness issues" articles are biased beyond fucking belief.

I'm not aware of vaccination issues.

As of 2015-2017 (years I was really active) all pharmacological issues were fine and unbiased. Seem to be ok still, but I can't be 100% certain since I'm not following wikipedia as much as I used to

And not only US tbh. "Far right"/"right wing" labels are totally overused in EU politics articles as well

It has plenty of bias. Once someone gets control of a page, they can put whatever they want on there and block others from editing. I donated in the past, I won't do it again

Try to edit anything political right now, it's all locked.

Plus I saw an article recently that Soros was putting millions into Wikipedia but I can't find it now.

I verify everything from wikipedia, political or not, with primary sources. Because these days, it isn't only the political shit getting re-written. Or perhaps it is better to say that things that didn't used to be "political", like nutrition info, are becoming political.

I never use wikipedia as a source for anything anywhere other than for my own information. I also tend to check when the last time anything was edited was, and see what was changed.

In college I would have failed for citing Wikipedia.
