In my opinion PA is one of, if not the biggest hotbed of fraud. Just look at all the open corruption from officials. Couple that with Trump targeting them so specifically with his campaign. Then note the fact that just before the election, he had a rally with 60k people in PA. Also he's the incumbent and received more votes than last election. There is absolutely NO WAY he lost that state.
Also, in Hunter Biden's contacts, the most contacts he had were from Delaware, unsurprisingly. But the second most, from what I saw, were in Philly. A lot of democrat corruption going on there for sure.
That's the most direct and possibly last action, right?
Maybe good to go through all the other steps first tot get as much exposed as possible.
Going through the courts first allows a bunch of evidence to be presented and sway as many normies as possible.
