I didn't have a good answer to that when some shittalking got started tonight at dinner "what's Rudy's batting average so far on these lawsuits, 1 and 35?" Of course any attempt to find unbiased info is impossible through a search.
here's your answer. The vast majority of "losses" were because the court said the litigant did not have "standing" to complain. Trump doesn't have "standing" to complain about foul play in Wisconsin because he's not a Wisconsin citizen or some such bullfrog.
By throwing it out on a technicality they could ignore all that messy "evidence". It will Assuredly be overturned on appeal, but the way appeals work, you're not allowed to introduce "new" evidence. Since "no" evidence was even Considered, in the original case the DNC lawyers are planning on not allowing it to be examined on appeal either. This will be the game they'll play until SCOTUS slaps them hard.
It's really hard to "win" an argument with someone that has been propagandized ad nauseum. If said person ONLY watches TV or cruises Zuckbook, how can you expect them to know what you know?
I would have faith that all will be shone in the light. Try talking to this person about the protests going on in Europe. They haven't been exposed to that yet and it's not American politics, so it would go directly to nuke tossing. It'll get them thinking....and thats what they are NOT doing right now. They are drugged up on MSM and are clueless. You gotta stay calm, and continue inserting small comments that are NOT from MSM. Don't worry about knowing all the "stats".
