Eh besides the counties that house Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany and whatever county Cornell is in. Those always go blue.
That being said, after seeing all this fraud and seeing the thousands of trump flags and signs I’ve seen in Rochester/Monroe county I’m seriously considering that Monroe county went red.

Ithaca has become very diverse the last 20 or so years, it's just a smaller version of the other cities.
Onondaga probably went red, too, it did in the Congressional race.
