Actually I heard 3 times on the radio today that the PA governor appointed Electors. Maybe PA has their own rules. Just like they have for counting votes.
The piece was on the a Judge ordering no certifications of the vote in PA. Then a nutty liberal response of too late the Governor already did that yesterday. So according to what I heard the Governor certifies the vote and appoints the electors.
PA's governor is a nut job. He ordered all the liquor stores closed on Tuesday.
