Today at the hearing Rudy made the explosive claim that Pennsylvania mailed out 1.8 Million ballots and 2.5 Million were returned.

Whomever has given Rudy this number is either a moron or is a saboteur in the legal team. This number is provably incorrect.

Rudy then went on to say that tens of thousands of ballots were mailed-out and returned on the same day, and some were returned on the previous day. This claim is CORRECT.

A few days ago we had a great video posted here where this guy named @GregOnTheRight on Twitter shows the data for the second claim. In that same video you can see that the total number of mail-in ballots sent out was almost 3.1M.

I have obtained a copy of the same dataset used by Greg an I too can confirm that the dataset is 3.1M rows, i.e. 3.1M ballots were mailed out.

You can get a copy of this data too, it was backed up before the PA SOS REMOVED IT from their website. Here is a link to the backup, don't blindly trust what I'm saying - verify it if you know how to. I am happy to help you do this.

I am posting this because Rudy SHOULD NOT make this claim in court, he will be eviscerated by the opposing counsel, and it will cast doubt on the TRUE claim that at least 34,000 mail-in ballots were mailed out and returned on the same day (virtually impossible) and at least 23,000 were mailed out and returned the day before they were mailed out (as if by time travel).

It is important that we base our case on FACTS and not make bad claims if we want to win this. The facts are on our side, and every incorrect fact is going to hurt our case.

Please upvote and spread this message so that Rudy's critical case in PA is not sidetracked by the saboteur or incompetent buffoon who is feeding him these numbers.

Rudy is gonna get his ass handed to him in court if he makes these points because they are not the smoking guns everyone thinks that they are. If it was this easy we wouldn't have to fight so hard to win. Urging everyone to demand a higher standard because the Dems won't let this kind of sloppy work slide. They want to win just as badly.
