That’s strange. Me and my four kids walked around and shopped at Nordstrom lately without masks and they didn’t say anything. In fact, when I realized and asked the sales person he said “our policy is not to enforce mask wearing, we understand sometimes people can’t wear one.” That was before this new round of shutdowns. Maybe policy changed.
I called customer service , they had me on hold for ten minutes to find out the policy. Strange they don’t have that handy.
