OH, yeah, you don't deport for low quality. Deport doesn't get rid of the post, it gets rid of the user.
There's intentionally no downvote button because of troll brigade problems earlier in the year, but deporting the post gives the appearance of a downvote. That's just the way the mods engineered the back end.
There's no higher ranked accounts other than the mods.
Go to your account settings and turn off community styling. Thank you for your efforts

Why? If something needs deporting, the deport button needs to be clicked and deport report submitted. No need to spread the cancer of downvoting.
