After dozens of discussions. they still hate him, but slowly, and surely, I'm drip feeding them that red pill. That's all you can do sometimes. I was able to get friends who put people before politics, who stand with bros even if they hate their politics, and i'm proud to say that no matter how much they hate trump, they have not become raging sjw's.
If your friends have been with you through thick and thin, it's worth having those talks. you may reach a point, where even if they hate trump, you can prove to them that unlike politicians, trump is a regular guy, who is just now entering politics. take it step by step, sometimes you gotta leave it be, and sometimes a full talk is possible, but don't write them off just yet. if they leave, then that's their choice, but sometimes, you can be pleasantly surprised. especially now, as the comeback is coming, and redpill taken now will be at least 10x as effective when trump shatters the media narrative on such a scale.
