I live in a city where there is a mask mandate (not county).
Go 10 miles in any direction and you are outside the city. We had a 98% voluntary compliance rate in the city mostly because Walmart, etc. had hired guards (Karens) that would not let you in...
Now I'm seeing about a 20% non-compliant rate in my city since the election was over.
