That's more than enough time to prepare the trap. This legal team is following the slow and steady legal path forward, and only showing as much as they need to at any given time. The cheaters and fraudsters have no idea what's been recorded and collected in the last year. Maybe all of their communications have been tapped, maybe this legal team was able to intercept and view the changes being made real time. At any rate, this team knew for over a year that Dominion's machines and others would be used to alter votes.
Trump started laying his trap a few years ago at least. Everyone in the outer world (outside of TDW) keeps fussing that he has been so quiet. I used to go hunting, fishing and even trapping, anyone who has ever participated in any of those knows, you got to be still and quiet until it's time to go in for the kill.
