This is one of the worst complaints I’ve ever read. It actually has some good parts but is so disorganized and mixes the few compelling parts with typical electoral nonsense that happens every election that it actually undermines itself. This is clearly a cut and paste job from a lot of people’s writing and it doesn’t hang together. In many cases the language is inconsistent and statements don’t follow from what precedes it. They jump from the general election to the recount haphazardly and sometimes you don’t know which they are talking about.
The strong points in this complaint:
The Sec of State did not follow the law in key respects.
Large numbers of ballots counted without observers, including opening of ballots before permitted by law.
officials lied about the leak in state farm arena and poll workers stayed behind working after observers were cleared.
I can’t tell if the statistical analyses are helpful because the lawyers writing about them did such an utter crap job explaining them that the stat portion was total gobbledygook. I hope the affidavits from the experts themselves make sense because the portion of the complaint discussing the stats are garbage.
The description of the clean machine produced ballots was extraordinarily poor. They quoted one affiant on this without saying what county it was in. I recall there were multiple witness accounts of this, including Democrats, and they just cite a single one. Just awful.
This complaint could have been made 1000x more compelling by focusing on the above facts, including bolstering the machine printed ballots and the stats, and moving all the black helicopter stuff about Dominion (which had zero bearing on the main points) and the random witness accounts of how grandma’s ballot got put in the Biden pile in an appendix.
I fear they actually took a strong case and made it weaker by poor writing and organization.
Now you see, you don’t know Gold from Fool’s Gold. That exhibit 105 isn’t all that because it doesn’t show any actual wrongdoing. To many complex charts and IT lingo. It just feeds the conspiracy theorists with all these people who supposedly had access, but doesn’t actually show any flipped votes.
A much bigger gem I’ve seen from the Michigan case is the affidavit where it is explained that they counted way more votes in a period of time than the machinery was capable of counting, almost 300,000 votes. That’s much better because it actually discredits a large quantity of votes.
Stop with Dominion and hacking. Focus on the PAPER BALLOTS and the ENVELOPES WITH BOGUS SIGNATURES they won’t let you see. That’s where the big fraud is.
Relax, it does mean something along with the seized Scytl server, all will be well, Sidney has stated multiple people watched the fraud in real time, rumor is SCOCOM was monitoring all the data leaving the country from Dominion and returning from Frankfurt, The Kraken is a CIA hacking tool designed to penetrate other hacking software, per 2018 wikileaks documents.
The seized server story was started from Republican congressman Louie Gohmert who made the claim the U.S. Army went into Scytl and grabbed the server on a Zoom call.
Gohmert later went on to clarify that he found the information about the seized server from a tweet on Twitter and followed up with saying "I don't know the truth". The Army also denied this allegation.
Around the same time, a Republican congressional candidate (Anantatmula) who was defeated this election, tweeted out a fake image showing Trump won 410 electoral votes from the "raw data on the server". The image has the logo 270towin on it which means it was created on that website.
That's when OAN picked it up with the map showing 410 electoral votes (that popular screen grab that was posted on here). Then Powell, Lin Wood, And Rudy repeated the story from OAN.
Barnes has said that's a problem, especially with the "throw the kitchen sink approach." It doesn't work well in court when you say "well, if its not this, its that, but if its not that, its this"
I agree with your synopsis. It should focus on the strong points you mentioned.
Have an upvote. I’m a lawyer who wants Trump to win as much as anyone here. The truth is every case has been a long shot because they are asking the courts to invalidate votes. That is just an extreme form of relief that any judge will be reluctant to grant. If your case is a long shot to begin with, it certainly does not help to file sloppy typo-ridden pleadings that do not clearly state the causes of action and the supporting facts. Judges see right through pages of rhetoric not directly related to the law or facts. A five-page complaint clearly stating the claims and evidence is far better than 100 pages of bullshit.
It's a shame that so many people have become so hitched to Powell. You can't even question her or you get attacked, downvoted, and called a "doomer shill."
She really stole the spotlight away from the REAL and PROVABLE fraud which are the mail-in ballots that they had to shut down the count for and stuff for up to a week after the election.
That is what people should be focusing on. We don't need to prove a vast vote rigging conspiracy to win. We just need to get a 1-3% rejection rate for mail-in ballots like it was in past counties, and only in 5-6 counties, and we win.
I really want Trump to win, the country and our lives depend on it. But so many are emotionally dependent on Powell, that if you give any feedback on her approach, you get attacked and they won't even listen.
Thanks. This election has been very upsetting because it’s very obvious fraud was committed in these 5-6 counties.
The fact that counting was stopped in a coordinated fashion. Observers were not allowed meaningful access, and then were sent home while counting continued in secret. Historical low signature rejection rates without observers. Violation of election law. Large ballot dumps in the wee hours of 11/4 when observers were sent home. Statistical evidence that those ballot dumps had highly improbably Biden majorities, plus the fact that the GOP made gains in House and Trump won almost every “bell weather” county. It’s almost impossible (to me) that Trump would win FL and NC but lose GA. GA is more conservative than those two. NC is more purple than GA. THIS IS OUR CASE.
Dominion is bullshit. There may be something there, but it won’t be figured out (if at all) for a long time.
I'm with you. The real provable fraud is so apparent.
I feel its been intentional disinformation to distract people from that and focus on vast international Venezuelan communist plots regarding Dominion.
It really bothers me. And when I bring that fact up, I get attacked and called a "doomer shill"
Remember when we were all on target focusing on the 5-6 counties and everyone was doing crowdsourcing, rallies, and calling Reps to look into those counties? Instead its turned everyone away to "trust the Kraken" and "its all part of the plan"
I've seen so much BS disinformation come out after that, things about seized servers in Germany, or super secret DOD programs called the Kraken where we all have them caught, and all we have to do is sit back and "trust the plan"
The real fraud to win this for our POTUS is in those 5-6 counties, where they had to shut down the election, and stuff ballots and count in secret. The rejection rate was non-existent. If we had a 1-3% historical rejection rate, our POTUS wins.
dude. stfu. did you even look at the lawsuit? she has witnesses from M.I with vast career experience intercepting foreign signals that CHINA and IRAN DEFINITIVELY interfered electronically in the election.
Well, I don’t know about a disinformation campaign, but I think people here were looking for a “silver bullet” that would quickly and easily provide the whole “shabang” was a fraud and that Trump won 75% of the vote. Also, a lot of people here are IT types and so find the Dominion stuff interesting, plus that there is an overwhelming desire to drill into conspiracies (which may or may not exist, but may not be practical to prove in 5 weeks).
A lot of the lawyers we have running around in these cases are “personalities” trying to establish and gild a “brand” so they can get on TV. These are not the people whose hands you want to put your fate in, as they’re more focused on figuring out how to leverage your claim to get TV coverage and develop a cult following than to just win your case in the most efficient and quiet way possible.
SIDNEY, page 1: As a civil action, the plaintiff’s burden of proof is a “preponderance of the evidence” .... Plaintiff only had to show that there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result.
Re any «errors» They might have uploaded an a draft that is not proofread to draw attention to it through the Streisand Effect. I can see a Drunken Kung Fu strategy in doing that which is not unlike Trumps. Why show your best work to your enemy in the face of so much negative energy - even from so called supporters??
Barnes, who was working on this case with Rudy and Powell (he says the same as you about them both and said they were close to success until Powell derailed it and went her own direction), said that its because the top-tier election lawyers are establishment and won't work on the case, and the ones that did such as the ones in PA received threats and backed down.
Hard to find people that are loyal and experts in election law.
It not a research paper, meant for you to study. It's a lawsuit, and is written in that format. It's not really meant to be read front to end for enlightenment/entertainment, so if you have problems with it's "formatting" remember that...
A complaint needs to be organized, precise in its language and logical.
Consider how they buried detailed discussion of one of their most important points in the thing — the lying about the leak in the arena (and the video they apparently have showing people working after they cleared the arena) after like 30 pages of low-value discussion about Dominion which the judges will ignore.
I know people think that the Dominion stuff is really compelling, but it’s truly not. The judges will not care about the history of Dominion or even the software functionality — these are points for consideration when they decided to appropriate the money and adopt the system. The judges will care about evidence that somebody changed votes using the system. No evidence is given of this.
There might have actually been hacking, but they can’t prove it. So stop talking about the software and focus on the real problems. This is a pure (physical — not electronic) ballot stuffing case. It’s not a hacking case. They wouldn’t let people observe because they were jamming bogus ballots into the box. They need to inspect the envelopes. Focus on how they stuffed ballot boxes without observation. Statistical analysis should focus on the ballot dumps in the early hours on 11/4 and probabilities of those dumps being 99% for biden, which is really low. Powell doesn’t even talk about that (at least not clearly).
This complaint could have been made much more powerful by eliminating 60% of it and just keeping the good stuff.
Well, I guess they just should have submitted the exhibits with a complaint that said “See the exhibits.”
The judges are not going to want to rule in Powell’s favor. The complaint has to make sense. The judges will be happy to say — “These arguments make no sense. Dismissed.”

So you don't have legal training, but you have you hired lawyers a lot...
And you think the potential improvements that need to be done in this 104 page document could be done in 4 hours...
seriously, shill infiltration at an all time high
