My thoughts as I'm reading this:

  1. Holy shit is this lawsuit poorly written. Lots of spelling mistakes, poor grammar, awkward paragraph transitions and organization, and several instances of the same paragraph being repeated multiple times for no reason.
  2. The section about how they unconstitutionally modified the election rules without the legislature changing election law seems compelling to me but I'm not sure they'll overturn an election over it.
  3. The entire Dominion section is a giant nothingburger. She makes no specific claims about how they meddled in this election, the scale of their meddling ,or how much it impacted the results. She also provides no evidence that they did any meddling at all. She just listed off a bunch of old articles about how voting software is shady, how it MIGHT be possible to tamper with voting results, and how they might have ties to Venezuela (connection is fairly tenuous at best. She talks a lot about Smartmatic, but provides no connection between them and Dominion aside from Smartmatic buying Sequoia and then Dominion buying Sequoia) or China/Serbia (connection is stated with no connecting evidence whatsoever.)
  4. The section on statistical anomalies is good but I feel like it should be expanded more.
  5. HOLY FUCK HIRE A GODDAMN COPY EDITOR
  6. There's very little in this lawsuit that I haven't already seen for weeks here on thedonald.win.
  7. She seems to reference fewer affidavits than I was expecting.
  8. She makes extremely sweeping demands for relief including demanding that Governor Kemp be forced to announce that Donald Trump won the election, seizing all voting machines, and to discount any vote counted by a voting machine. I find it highly unlikely that any court would grant these requests. Best we can hope for is a reversal of certification and a voiding of the election results, I think.
  9. I honestly don't know if this lawsuit is going to take us anywhere.
  10. This was more of a moderately large octopus than a Kraken.
