Raffensperger, illegally with the democrat senators and reps, entered into a settlement agreement changing the way mail in / absentee votes were proven - signature verification etc. and illegally letting mail in votes be opened three weeks before election. Only Georgia legislators have the constitutional power to do that and they didn’t. Can’t see a way out for Kemp and Raffensperger on this.
