That’s complete nonsense. You think they did this on a typewriter then scanned it??? The brief is created electronically, and if the court requires it to be submitted electronically it is saved in the format the court requires. There is no fucking way in gods green earth the brief was printed then re-scanned in order to digitize it.

I was just trying to explain what OCR is. But you could be right too. I am not sure why they would scan it. Actually when OCR makes mistakes it gives you a [] square symbol for mistranslated letters instead of complete misspellings.

It’s just a typo. The ORC stuff makes us look more retarded than the typo.
