Sidney Powell was one of the the youngest ever federal prosecutors ever in the history of the USA. She worked under nine US attorneys from both political parites over ten years and three districts. She worked as lead counsel on 350 prosecutions at the federal appellate level, and 150 since in private practice.

For any of the doubters you come across - ask :

  1. Do you have legal training ?
  2. How many many successful lawsuits have you prosecuted ?

Sidney Powell is the author of Licensed to Lie - exposing corruption in the Department of Justice (2018). https://www.amazon.com/Licensed-Lie-Sidney-Powell/dp/1732767602

Powell is a GREAT prosecutor. However, she does not have much civil court experience and no election law experience. That's just a fact. Some people are making valid observations such as it likely not holding up in court because the compelling and strong arguments are buried with weak stuff and the organization of the lawsuit is poor. Just don't be surprised when it gets tossed by the judge.

I agree that Powell is great and patriot, and Trump should make her DOJ or FBI director in his 2nd term. But there are some legitimate feedback that people are providing. That doesn't mean they are doomer shills. They just want to win.

As a civil action, the plaintiff’s burden of proof is a “preponderance of the evidence” to show, as the Georgia Supreme Court has made clear that, “[i] was not incumbent upon [Plaintiff] to show how the [] voters would have voted if their [absentee] ballots had been regular. [Plaintiff] only had to show that there were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result
