Potentially it's a tactic to get the media to report on it ad hominem because otherwise they'll not report on it at all. And then people are drawn in to see the rest of the document. It's the same strategy trump uses to get mainstream media to report on something

BINGO. If they can’t rip it or dispute it they can ignore it and always do

Old stuff for us, but new info to the MSM viewers. Chavez is a familiar name that they can relate to as corrupt.

Seriously. Time is of the essence. Typos are not deal breakers in law and the msm will never admit reality until they're forced to.

No; I dont think the court will throw out a case based on typos; in fact, I know for a fact that in Indiana, the Supreme Court there recently ruled that judges cannot throw out cases due to typos, punctuation etc.

I feel like this is so they have to do an article 'powell suit littered with typos' and then people will go check for themselves.

correct. It's not on any other of the krakens in the other state to limit the damage to the credibility. They only need to do it once. This makes the MSM report on it ad hominem because otherwise they wouldnt report on it at all. This causes people to actually read it themselves and spreads awareness of the actual document
