The only ones I can come up with are "sorry, our tabulators are way faster than that" and "we stockpiled a bunch of USBs and then reported them all at once", but I haven't heard anyone come forth with an actual explanation for these vote dumps.
I would assume there is some law not allowing poll workers to stockpile vote counts to report later specifically to avoid the potential for fraud. Never in history has someone had a 8% lead of over 100,000 votes and in 1 second lost the lead. That’s ridiculous.
