I am a very skeptical person, it's just my nature. Something has bothered me about the Eric Coomer angle.
Question: Is there really a recording of Eric Coomer saying "Don't worry. Trump won't win the election, we fixed that."?
Sydney Powell stated in one interview that she THINKS she has a recording (I can't remember the interview but it stuck out for me).
Joe Oltmann stated he was PARAPHRASING when he stated what Coomer said (I have heard him state this in two interviews).
From Sydney's lawsuit:
Dominion altered its website after 59 Colorado resident Joe Oltmann disclosed that as a reporter he infiltrated ANTIFA, a domestic terrorist organization where he recorded Eric Coomer representing: “Don’t worry. Trump won’t win the election, we fixed that.” – as well as social media posts with violence threatened against President Trump. (See Joe Oltmann interview with Michelle Malkin dated November 13, 2020 which contains copies of Eric Coomer’s recording and tweets).
The lawsuit directs you to Michelle Malkin's video, I have watched it and while there is a lot of damning evidence regarding Coomer's social media, There's no video. Also, Joe Oltmann say's he's paraphrasing in this video as well.
You can call me a Doomer, but I would rather you point me in the direction of evidence to convince me I am wrong on this. I'd love to bandwagon with you Pede's but there's no point if spending time on the noise rather than the signal, right?

I have listened to that one too. He mentions (a little after 1:50) that he was "taking notes." Unfortunately but never that there's a recording, unless I somehow missed that.
Listen again, Joe says he didn't even know what he had. I am guessing he did not release the recording publicly, just as he did not release all the archived facebook stuff he got when he gained access to the eric coomer facebook account.
Alright, I'll listen again. Thanks.
I listened again. He doesn't know the specific date (says around the 27th of September). He does not specifically state that he has a recording. Maybe you are thinking of another recording but he does not state he has a recording in this one.
I believe the complaint specifically references "Oltmann's recordings of Coomer". That would suggest they are real. It could be that they were not strictly legal if Coomer did not know he was recorded, IF HE WOULD HAVE HAD A REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY. However, these were supposedly large conference calls which could reasonably negate any expectation of privacy. Regardless, this might be slightly treacherous ground for Sidney to navigate and she may not want evidence excluded simply for not handling it correctly. Keep in mind I am not an attorney.
I like your logic and I really hope it's correct.
Me too. If this is true and can be demonstrated with incontrovertible evidence, it could be a huge game changer. This would help put a face on it and frame it in terms ordinary people can grasp. The ordinary person may struggle with the idea of a vast conspiracy of faceless actors. Could just be too nebulous for many to swallow, no matter how true. Those folks may simply need a face and video/audio of something to help convince them. This would suit that purpose nicely!
I am putting together a Thanksgiving Election Fraud USB drive to drop on my liberal / fence sitting family members, that's why I started looking. My brothers wife is a college professor, the worst kind...
that is so funny as I have just done the exact same thing. I have around 10GB of data to share with some liberal friends/family...all copied to a thumb drive.
The rest of all the suits are damning: including network analysis showing China and Iran were monkeying with the Dominion machines.
Go eat a bag of dicks, Commie troll.
I haven't read that part yet. I'll check it out. I listened to the entire Pennsylvania hearing today, there are a ton of damning affidavits but nothing that's irrefutable for the leftist media. I hope that Sydneys suit leads to hard, undeniable evidence that the media can't ignore.
