Without going into excruciating legal detail, most of the meat of it is based on the 14th amendment and equal protection under the law. Of course. it describes how the voting systems and the software used, along with state officials, election day polling procedures, mail in ballots etc. deprived legal voters of there fundamental right to vote as a civil liberty because voting itself affects other civil rights.

What struck me was that this case seems to be very similar to the legal argument Rudy Giuliani is making in Pennsylvania. So, the next question is why not let Rudy file both suits or more importantly, why did the Trump Legal Team make such a big deal out of distancing itself from Sidney Powell if they were essentially filing the same complaint in two different states.

Part of the answer must be that this GA case is the most straight forward and best documented case of election fraud. If the court rules in favor, the other states legal cases should follow suit.

I also think the Trump legal team distanced itself from Sidney to avoid the perception that Flynn's pardon was connected to the case. But, I think we have to remain open to the possibility that Judge Sullivan was obviously completely compromised and corrupt. His actions were fully intended to keep Flynn quiet because he knows something serious about the foreign interference aspect of this election fraud. That pardon removes the gag order on Flynn and probably frees him up to work with Sidney on the foreign interference aspect of this and other cases.

Say there is a kraken. What is it exactly? It is a powerful and destructive monster with long reaching tentacles. These lawsuits seem more like an opportunity for the wrongdoers to come clean. The kraken could be a tracking/removal system like that Iranian general. Boop all gone.
