I agree he’s a scum bag, but there is a bright point with roberts voting with the other side. If he votes with the majority he is the ranking member and get to write a wishy washy majority opinion. With him not voting with them I believe justice Thomas is ranking member and can right the opinion like it should be. Just my two cents
