Nice LARP, but it's doubtful Biden's team would get Sidney's lawsuit filing in advance.
There are a couple ways this could have happened:
Depending on the jurisdiction, you're supposed to send a copy to the relevant party (because it's kind of unfair to be like "oh yeah you're in court tomorrow to deal with my 100 page lawsuit you won't get to read until the morning of, trolololol"). I've seen analysis that's all over the place as to whether this is relevant in Georgia, but it wouldn't be unusual and may even be legally required for Biden's team to be provided with a copy shortly before it's filed.
Georgia's e-filing system requires some sort of preliminary copy be sent to the clerk of courts (basically to idiot-check that all the necessary framework is spelled out). This is not particularly secure and considering all the other fuckery going on, the chance that it would leak to the Biden team is really high. I mean, compared to the shit we know they're doing with the courts, someone hitting Fwd: barely even rates.
TL;DR: Biden's team getting a copy around a day before it's formally filed is the most realistic part of the above maybe-LARP.
Yup, it wouldn't surprise me. It's just weird that the one thing people think is least likely about the LARP (the 24 hr advanced notice) is actually the most likely to be true.

It's normal to provide the complaint and summons to the defendant prior to the court. So I'm not sure why people are claiming it's not possible that the Biden camp were informed - if Powell ALREADY stated they ARE implicated and she was going to file a complaint formally against them. So actually it's not beyond the pale here. Also I have been informed by my own connections that DNC rumblings/Biden camp are nervous and attempting to divert attention from the obvious facts.
