Its rare when there are few criminals. If all the dem party are criminals, if poll watchers all over blue cities are criminals, if the election workers & supervisors, mayors, DAs, local judges, AGs and governors in blue states are also criminals.. then crime wont be rare.
The democrats once warned against election fraud and mail-in ballots, saying that they were the highest most likely means for election fraud to manifest.
