When I called Doug Duecys office yesterday, they said the SoS would have mandated Dominion. It would have been RINO Michele Reagan who approved them, whos held a state rep position in since 2002 and then was AZ SoS from 2015-2019.
While Hobbs DID approve a $6 million dollar upgrade last year, she wasn't the one who approved them. Reagan did.
