Since these states can't/don't/won't undertake elections in accordance with the constitution, they should be dissolved. Their nieghboring states absorb their populace and assets and debts and territory.
But they get erased. It's bloodless but effective.
Firm but fair.
Problem states include any state with a large metro area. They just chose those states this election.
It will only end when the perps are stood against a wall and shot... publicly... live on CNN.
