One thing that came out and was brushed under the rug after the SCOTUS Obamacare debacle is that Roberts played legal games to adopt 2 Irish babies by flying the mothers to central America, doing the adoption there, thereby circumventing Irish and possibly American law. This would likely be sufficient to get him removed from the court, this law license, his reputation and risk loosing his kids. I no longer have the bookmark where I read this but it was right after the Obamacare ruling.
