I just finishing reading the set of opinions issued in the Court's decision in this case. Look, I've been following Chief Justice Robert's slide away from conservative Constitutional analysis, beginning with his opinion in the key Obamacare appeal. Even so, I was shocked by the superficiality of his explanation as to why he voted the same as the ultra-liberal wing of the Court.
I'm telling you, Chief Justice Roberts is gone. He is now a member of the Left Wing. It is a 5-4 Court, not 6-3. Why this happened, I don't know. It's not explainable by normal analysis. Did somebody mention the Lolita Express? Not me!
I'm so glad the amazing ACB was appointed. Cocaine Mitch may be owned by China through his wife and his greed, but he has been great at getting GEOTUS's judicial nominees through the Demorats' never-ending delays.
