Sidney was on Lou Dobbs in the last week & evidently said something like Biden should concede before he implicates himself in voter fraud.
What if the late night filing before a Holiday was to give Biden the window of opportunity to concede before the case was officially entered into the court since the court is not open today? It’s going to be bad no matter what, but conceding now is less bad. Trump will still address and fix the issue, but with a different approach.
I don't think a concession is up to Biden, there are 'others' pulling the strings, including his, determining what he does and doesn't do.

Absolutely! I think Trump will not let anyone off the hook, but his priority is fixing the system for We the People. If he can do it quietly, effectively, and most importantly, in such a way that this can never be done again, he might prefer that to fireworks and chaos, only because of the upheaval that chaos will bring to all quarters.
This is why I think he would prefer the states to see the writing on the wall and reverse course themselves before certifying a bogus election. There is nothing in Sidney's filings that she didn't talk about publicly before filing it. The only thing not shown were all the supporting documents. Now that everyone can see she was not just talking big, but coming from a position of strength with the receipts, some will finally realize the jig is up. That's what the squeeze has been about the last few weeks. A holiday to digest the filings may be just what is needed for some to come forward before it is truly too late to blunt (for them) what is coming.
Some are in too deep and can't escape what is coming at all and they are the ones that will keep pushing the narrative that it was a fair election.
I honestly dont think Biden has a clue about any of it. All of this is way higher than him
