Seems like BS. Why would SP give a copy of the filing to the enemy? To give them time to destroy evidence that may be requested during trial? Dumb.

Because it's a public filing. It's not unusual (and is in some cases legally required) to provide a copy to the opposition.

Also, in Georgia's e-filing system, preliminary copies are uploaded to the clerk of courts to check the procedural details. The chance of it leaking at that point is almost 100%. Even a drooling idiot can forward an email attachment.

Lastly, the timestamp would indicate that (if accurate) the filing was received by Biden's team Tuesday night, and the case was formally filed in Georgia on Weds night. 24 hours advanced notice fits easily in either of the above scenarios.

I thought this was BS until seeing the rest of the response.

Maybe she did send them a copy, its kinda like rubbing it in their face.

The proof is there, they got caught. Nothings changing the facts now...
