I believe Dems spent all their fraud/harvesting efforts on swing states and left little for California, etc this year. They were able to snag this seat after many days of 'finding' ballots in 2018 when the whole Dem machine was focused on house seats.
I mean it looks like their tactic was to target the top of the ballot because they knew if the down ballot all came back the same way the whole Republican Party would have to fight back, whereas this way they could separate out the RINOs from Trump. It was a divide and conquer play.
Which is ultimately what their corporate masters want. They don’t want communism in the US. They want the US paralyzed and weak, putting the populists strains against each other to the benefit of the neoliberal corporatist globalist overlords.
Problem with California is that they also have ballot harvesting. So 2018 looked like a stolen election at people's doorsteps and not at the machines. Which gave them cover to do it nationwide this year.
