[referring to The Dread Justice Roberts' betrayal in South Bay concurrence]. But if that impulse may be understandable or even admirable in other circumstances, we may not shelter in place when the Constitution is under attack. Things never go well when we do."
Yeah, if you don't have balls to make rulings on the tough cases, pass on the job offer.
