I am sorry for your loss truly. I lost my father when I was 18, but the lessons our fathers teach us live on through us and all the lives we ourselves touch. My dad had me in his 60's and it's really amazing to see pieces of him in my daughter and son who were born almost 90 years after him.
I haven't been able to bring myself to watch the recording of his funeral I couldn't attend (it's complicated), so I am proud of you for honoring your dad openly
