It's part of the media smokescreen to stop people from thinking. Yes a lot of people there voted for biden, but so what? The US is a republic, which is why a couple of high population states are not supposed to run over everyone else.
Also, who knows how much stuffing they did in Cal and New York, no one would bother to look there since there is very little chance of it turning red.

If I remember correctly LA had like 99% voter turnout.
