i think its a civil suit because if i read it right the others have to prove preponderance of her claim but if it was a criminal suit she would have to prove something or other, from what I read it was easier to push through because they had to prove that she was full of shit, which they can't.
Best part, if all the corrupted machines are locked up, they cant use them to steal the Senate races in the runoff!

No, I believe this is a civil case. Only the government can file criminal charges and prosecute.

Correct, of you file a criminal action you have to prove "Beyond a shadow of doubt" which is much harder to prove. Not that any of us have any doubt.
