Right, right. I understand that. Hadn't stopped Mike Dewine from trying to force home gatherings to less than 10 people (and 6 in my city)
Was there any enforcement? That would be something you could get handled pro-bono. It would likely be trial by ordeal rather than by a jury of your peers, but I think you'd come out on top in the end. My church ignored his orders because they are unconstitutional and as such unenforceable.
I know there was at least one incident of enforcement in my city yesterday
