I got to "How to legally form...." and Google's suggestion as the most popular search was..."....a militia"! Scary! Really scary. The Dems have seriously underestimated the strength of resolve against this election steal.

You’re already in one and don’t know it. Step 1 is be prepared to defend your family and property as that is the main thing the commies want to destroy. So make sure you are prepared.

Of course a Brit thinks militias are scary. Still havent got over our minutemen eh?
My State's Constitution provides for militias. The Governor calls the shots, but I'll go where my Sheriff goes (if it were to go down today).
Skip the militia. Start a MAG. Mutual Assistance Group. This will cover a great deal more, be more useful, and has the benefit of categories a militia does not normally cover. It includes people that are useful but not necessarily milspec. IMO it is a far superior plan than a basic militia.

Bear Independent has a youtube channel that has a playlist on how to. His website of the same name also has the "classroom" to get you started. That will lead you to other places for more ideas. Fair warning, he is very religious and a "prepper". Take the information and look past the presentation if that isn't your thing.
